With all the high-frequency solar flares unleashed this week, along with the powerful interaspects involving Uranus and Pluto, it's especially important to get extra sleep now. I've been trying for at least 8 hours, sometimes more, and even that doesn't seem like quite enough!
Our physical bodies definitely need the extra rest, and our mental/emotional bodies as well, as we work with these heightened energies now reaching the planet. And on soul-levels, we're doing all kinds of vital energy work while our human bodies are asleep.
Be gentle with yourself this week, and get those zzzzzzzz's when you can -- afternoon catnaps are good, too!

ReplyDeleteThanks for mentioning the all-important zzzzzz's and the incoming solar flares. I have been needing a lot of sleep lately and feeling somewhat guilty at not being ultra-productive superwoman-style.
Some of the people in my life go out of their way to point out in jest that I do nothing but sleep. I was starting to feel like a freak until your blog post :)

Hi TrueBlue - I know what you mean! People look at me strangely if I mention I've been going to bed at 8 or 8:30... But, it feels like our sleeping hours are as filled with activity with our waking hours, so I think we're still being ultra-productive...
